Grief Share
Saturdays at 11:30 AM
Grief Share is a grief recovery support group where you can find help and healing for the hurt of losing a loved one. Groups run for 13 weeks. Contact us at (248) 398-0770 for more information.
Clothes Closet
Saturdays, 10 AM – 1 PM
We meet the needs of our community and share Jesus with those who visit our Clothes Closet. We spend time with them and pray for their spiritual needs as well as their physical needs, in order to reach this community and the surrounding community. Send inquiry to secretary@fbcop.net.

Missions
First Baptist Church is a church with a mission heritage and emphasis. The church supports missionaries in the USA and throughout the world. This is accomplished through conferences as well as missionary speakers throughout the year and letters from the field on a weekly basis.
Teens & Young Adults
God’s Tribe
Tuesdays 5 – 6 PM
God’s Tribe is a youth ministry geared towards spreading the life-changing message of Jesus Christ to teens. We encourage and challenge teens to represent Christ in their everyday lives. We provide a fun and loving atmosphere where life long relationships can be built.
Children
Nursery
Our nursery ministry builds a foundation of understanding God as our creator. Preschool children are introduced to praying and toddlers repeat prayers and actively participate in prayers. We also listen to children praise songs.
Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School is an opportunity for kids in 1st – 6th grades to learn lessons about how God works in their daily lives.
Basketball
We provide a safe environment for teens and young adults to play basketball. This ministry is a pathway to church for non-church goers.
B.L.A.S.T.
B.L.A.S.T., or Children’s Church, is held during the worship service from 11 a.m. until service ends for children ages 5-12. We provide elementary age children with the Word of God and biblical principles on their level in a fun, engaging format. This a fun, safe place for kids to learn about the Bible, make new friends and become more like Jesus!
